REFUND POLICY

 

Upon receiving your goods, please check thoroughly. If your purchase is faulty please email us immediately at office@danishpete.com and make us aware there is a problem.

You have 14 working days to contact the Danish Pete Store to report any issues in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we will only accept exchanges for other similarly priced goods or credit notes to be used at another time.

The returned item will be inspected once we receive it and must not be visibly worn, washed, damaged, marked or smell in any way. It cannot be in any condition that we deem renders the item unsellable. Each item must be returned with all relevant tags, labelling and branding and with the original packaging together with our supplied receipt/invoice.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

You may return / exchange an item for another item in a different size if the item is still in the condition mentioned above. The Danish Pete Store will not be liable for any costs incurred in returning products due to size or change of mind. We will however view every return on its individual basis.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office@danishpete.com and send your item to: The Honoré Partnership, PO Box 5419, Frome, BA11 9DX, United Kingdom.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Honoré Partnership, PO Box 5419, Frome, BA11 9DX, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
